Spritz is a category, and spritzes can be made with a variety of spirits—not just the orange one. Low-ABV, bubbly drinks are refreshing and perfect for an aperitivo or any sunny day that calls for it, and that's why we love the Vermouth Spritz, or as we typically call it, the Vermut Spritz. Vermut delivers a botanical sweetness that, when coupled with a dry sparkling wine and soda water, creates something balanced, cold, and delicious.
There's nothing wrong with eyeballing this one, and if you want to keep it Spanish, get some quality dry cava.

Ingredients:
3oz dry cava
1oz soda water
Orange wedge and green olives (optional) for garnish
Directions:
In a wine glass or goblet with ice, add the cava
Add the vermut
Add the soda water
Give a gentle stir
Garnish with an orange and olives
