The Americano cocktail reigns supreme as the most classic of all sweet vermouth cocktails—but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room to shake things up. The Americano Perfecto is a riff on the original, swapping soda water for an icy cold pilsner to create a frothy, bubbly, and full-bodied drink with a refreshing bitterness and herbal complexity.
Originally created by Damon Boelte in Brooklyn, NY, this modern take brings a fresh twist to a timeless classic.
