The vermujito is our go-to low-ABV summer crusher. It’s light, refreshing, and blissfully simple—just the way we like our drinks. Spanish vermut, fresh grapefruit juice, a splash of soda, and a sprig of mint. That’s it.
We recommend grapefruit for its sharpness, but if you’ve got another citrus on hand, go for it—just make sure it’s fresh-squeezed. No bottled shortcuts.

Ingredients:
2 oz Spanish vermut
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Splash of soda water
Sprig of mint (for garnish)
Directions:
Fill your favorite glass with ice.
Add the vermut and grapefruit juice.

Garnish with mint and enjoy immediately.
