Vermujito

The vermujito is our go-to low-ABV summer crusher. It’s light, refreshing, and blissfully simple—just the way we like our drinks. Spanish vermut, fresh grapefruit juice, a splash of soda, and a sprig of mint. That’s it.

We recommend grapefruit for its sharpness, but if you’ve got another citrus on hand, go for it—just make sure it’s fresh-squeezed. No bottled shortcuts.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Spanish vermut

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • Splash of soda water

  • Sprig of mint (for garnish)


Directions:

  1. Fill your favorite glass with ice.

  2. Add the vermut and grapefruit juice.

  3. Top with a splash of soda, give it a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with mint and enjoy immediately.
