Ingredients:

  • 2oz vermut (sweet vermouth)

  • 1 splash of gin

  • 1oz soda water

  • lemon wedge


Directions:

  1. Pour a splash of gin into a small glass with ice

  2. Add soda water

  3. Float vermut on top and give a gentle stir

  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge
