The Boulevardier: a Negroni’s bold, whiskey-loving cousin with a flair for drama. Legend has it this cocktail was born in 1920s Paris, crafted for an expat bon vivant who edited a magazine called The Boulevardier. With bourbon (or rye), sweet vermouth, and Campari, it’s a smooth yet bitter concoction that’s as cozy as a library in winter but packs enough punch to keep things lively. We like it.
