While Italian vermouth leans more bitter and medicinal, Spanish vermut brings fresh citrus notes that perfectly balance the bitter red Campari. We like to think Count Negroni would approve.

1oz Campari
1oz gin
1oz vermut (sweet vermouth)
orange twist
Directions:
Stir all ingredients with ice
