Negroni

The world's most famous sweet vermouth cocktail. Invented in Florence in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni requested a stronger version of the Americano, swapping soda water with gin.

While Italian vermouth leans more bitter and medicinal, Spanish vermut brings fresh citrus notes that perfectly balance the bitter red Campari. We like to think Count Negroni would approve.
